Electric Castle festival calls for Electric Monday

The organizers of Electric Castle say they want to help „electric” fans of the festival and therefore have launched the Unofficial Partners campaign with the intention to convince managers to make the Monday after the festival a day off for the employees who attend the event, according to a press release.

Most of the people attending the festival regret that they have to leave Banffy Castle before the show is over, so they tcan get back to work the next day.

They organizers say that the companies that accept the challenge and offer the next Monday off become „unofficial partners” of Electric Castle. Moreover, they get to have exposure, but mostly a good image among their employees.

Andi Vanca, head of communications at Electric Castle said: “So we counted on managers’ humour and empathy and invited them to become unofficial partners of Electric Castle. They will enjoy exposure on our dedicated platform and, more important, their employees’ gratitude.”

This can be an opportunity to consolidate the employer brand, for the internal and external audiences. In what concerns the exposure, Electric Castle offers the same amount of space for all the partner companies on the dedicated platform – www.unofficialpartners.com, regardless of the size of the company or the number of employees attending the festival. In this way, every logo will play an equally important role in the communication campaign.

What is more, the companies that accept Electric Castle’s challenge can offer their employees the chance to buy tickets for a special price, thus having another benefit they can offer to the „electric” fans in their teams.

In order to join the campaign, a company has to register on www.unofficialpartners.com by July 8.
