Architecture firm Da_Sein has reported a turnover of more than EUR 500,000 for 2010, a similar result to the one posted the previous year, the company announced. This year, De_Sein estimates its turnover will increase by 15 percent.
The growth could come from an overall pickup of various investment projects, especially functional reconversions, industrial and private medical projects. This is also expected to generate an increase of the entire local architecture market.
In the first four months of 2010, the company says it has offered consultancy services for over 500,000 sqm of projects worth an investment of over EUR 123 million. This includes projects such as the Mangroove center near Lacul Tei, a hotel on the Romanian seaside, Crama Urlati and a project for the Romanian Cricket Federation.
