Lawfirm Cunescu, Balaciu si Asociatii will expand its international expertise in infrastructure and constructions by developing partnerships with Clyde & Co.

The two law firms will offer legal consultancy to firms and organizations in Romania, especially those running their business in the constructions sector.

“We have been in discussions with the representatives of Clyde & Co for several months. We have managed, during this period, to set the basis of a professional collaboration in the area of legal consultancy in infrastructure and constructions.
