Italian retailer Clazedonia will open its first local store in April, in a 200 sqm store on Magheru boulevard, Cushman & Wakefield, the commercial real estate firm mediating the rental announced. Calzedonia has a network of over 1,300 stores in Italy, Austria, Cyprus, Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Lebanon, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Russian Federation, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Turkey, France, Macedonia, Montenegro, Great Britain, Slovakia. “Currently Magheru boulevard is, as in past years, the most expensive commercial street in Romania. In this area rents for a s 200 sqm store can vary between EUR 75 and 90 per month. The occupancy rate continues to remain high at approximately 90 percent,” said Valentin Manu, the high street space retail director and partner with Cushamn & Wakefield.
Calzedonia is part of the group which includes also Tezenis and Intimissimi.
