BVB share trading exceed RON 575.3 mln last week

Share trade on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) exceeded the half a billion lei mark last week, up by 119.2 percent compared to the previous week, according to data published on the website of the BVB.

The value of transactions stood at RON 575.3 million, or approximately EUR 125.1 million.

Banca Transilvania shares were the most traded shares last week, with RON 46.9 million, followed by OMV Petrom with RON 26.5 million, and Romgaz, with RON 19.6 million.

The fourth and fifth position were occupied by Electrica with RON 19 million and SIF1 Banat Crisana with RON 11.9 million.

On the alternative trade system, the first position is occupied by Primvom with RON 5.1 percent, followed by Bucur with RON 299.138 and Deutsche Bank with RON 105.149. Mara Com Mixt came fourth, with RON 79,800 and Remarul 16 Februarie with RON 53,944.

Overall, the value of shares traded since the beginning of the year on all BVB markets stood at over RON 10.5 billion.
