Aura Investments finalizes first phase of Green Hills Piatra Neamt following EUR 8 million investment

Aura Investments has finalized the first phase of the Green Hills complex in Piatra Neamt following a EUR 8 million investment. The first phase of the project consists of two blocks. The Green Hills project is located in the Southern part of the city. The apartments have one, two, three or four rooms, and surfaces between 45 and 135 sqm. The Green Hills ensemble spreads on a 6,300 sqm. When finalized, the project will have over 232 apartments. The project is developed by Aura Europe, which is headquartered in Louxembourg. The company has operations in Romania, Hungary, Kazahstan, Ukraine.
