Alice Nistor, Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition & Communication Team Leader at Continental, joins the 4th edition of Business Review’s landmark HR event, Working Romania | Autumn 2020! Alice started her career in the field of Human Relations, at Continental Sibiu, over 9 years ago, after a short experience in journalism.

From the very beginning, she was involved in the Employer Branding activity, in a time when this area was something relatively new for Romania. In 2014, she took over the leadership of the Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition and Communication team in Sibiu, and in 2017, for a year, she was part of the Corporate Employer Branding team, with a focus on online communication for global channels.

In 2018, she returned to Sibiu and through her activity and that of the team, she contributes every day to building the Continental image as the most desired and progressive employer in Romania.

“Things begun to change in the work environment even before the outbreak of the Coronavirus pandemic: we saw an accentuated need for digitalization, an appetite for fast learning and transformation and a demand for offering more flexibility measures to our employees. In terms of Employer Branding, we found out that the old “recipes” are not so effective anymore. Online advertising is king and Social Media can be your best friend or your worst enemy.

The current context, with the pandemic, just accelerated the rhythm and as we thought we will have some years to adapt and find our way through this new work environment, we realized things are already happening and we have to accelerate our pace in order to keep up with the times.” Alice Nistor told BR, previewing the September 29 event.
