Elfi, one of the most important producers of hygienic tissue paper in Romania, registered in the first half of 2021 a turnover of approximately 3 million euros, 20% higher compared to the same period of 2020, and plans to invest in a new production line.

The objective of investing in new production technologies materialized through the acquisition of high-performance industrial equipment, which would allow both the qualitative and the quantitative increase of the production.

“The pandemic was a real challenge for us, but we mobilized quickly and tried to turn it into an opportunity. In this context, the demand increased a lot, so it was necessary to supplement the cargo stocks and work at full capacity. The fact that we have focused on investing in state-of-the-art technology and equipment has allowed us to move forward, regardless of the context in which we operate and to be able to increase our customer portfolio.” – said Adrian Constantin, Elfi’s General Manager.
