Key move. Horatiu Cocheci and Nicoleta Dumitru appointed as director and senior manager at EY Romania

Horatiu Cocheci and Nicoleta Dumitru were appointed as director, respectively senior manager in People Advisory Services department at EY Romania. Previously they had similar roles in another company from Big 4.

In their positions, they will elaborate solutions that will help the organizations in the current challenges on human capital: difficulties in attracting the necessary competences, the fast development of new talents and the need to attract the human resources practices in a changing environment.

„We want to support the organization during the transformation processes that they encounter, starting from the development of organizational evaluations, but also the innovative HR practices development, adapted to the internal and external realities. We want to reposition the HR role within the organization and to ensure the interventions sustainability through the internal skills development sustained by modern monitorization,” said Claudia Sofianu, EY Romania partner and the coordinator of the coordinator of the department People Advisory Services.

Cocheci will coordinate the strategic directions of EY Romania on HR Advisory, having an experience of over 15 years in HR and consultancy. He is also a member of HR Club Romania. Moreover, he owns international certifications in strategic management and rewards management.

„We aim to fulfill the strategic objectives through the development of solutions adapted to each client through fast interventions,” said Cocheci.

Dumitru will manage the consultancy projects in HR. She has an expertise of over 10 years in HR consultancy, including the HR development and efficiency, assistance during M&As and rewards management.

„No matter the intervention areas, our approaches have two principles: the allinment to the organization’s strategy and ensuring our intervention sustainability,” said Dumitru.
