Cristina Patroescu (Adecco) joins Working Romania HR Conference | Recruitment & Executive Search Trends

Cristina Patroescu, HUB Manager Professional and Executive Search at ADECCO, will be a speaker in the second panel at BR’s upcoming Working Romania HR Conference, titled Shaping a brighter world of work ∣ Powered by Orange. The Adecco professional will talk about the latest trends in her main activity, that of Recruitment & Executive Search.

 

Cristina is an experienced Executive Search Manager with a demonstrated history of working in consultancy. Skilled in Business Development, Executive Search and Technical Recruiting. Passionate about people and technology, with an entrepreneurial mindset.

She has been with Adecco since November 2016, when she joined the company as an Senior Consultant, Professional and Executive Search Division. In June 2018 she became a Team Leader, Professional and Executive Search Divsion, a role she held until February 2021 when she was promoted to her curent position.

Before Adecco, Cristina Patroescu also held several roles as an HR analyst and Permanent Placement Manager at Leadership Development Solutions and Adept Human Resources, respectively. She is a graduate of the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Political Science.
