NIRO Investment Group announces a partnership with the legendary brand SASS’ Café Monaco to operate the restaurant inside the luxurious Corinthia Grand Hotel du Boulevard, which is set to open in the Capital this year. The five-star Corinthia Bucharest Hotel, to be inaugurated this year in the historic building of the Grand Hôtel du Boulevard, is owned by NIRO Investment Group, a holding company with over 30 years of experience in investments, development, and asset management.

This collaboration combines Corinthia Hotels’ international expertise and exclusive standards in hospitality with the brilliance and luxury that define SASS’ Café Monaco, to create unparalleled experiences through a unique blend of refinement and gourmet experiences.

“We are delighted to announce the partnership with SASS’ Café Monaco and the opening of the restaurant within the Corinthia Bucharest Hotel. We take pride in the fact that this endeavor will practically redefine luxury standards in the hospitality industry and will bring an unparalleled experience to the capital, transforming Bucharest into an elite destination for both tourists and those passionate about culinary art and lifestyle,” said Christophe Chamboncel, Director of the Hotel Projects and Development Division at NIRO Investment Group.

A name synonymous with refinement and sparkling atmosphere, SASS’ Café Monaco will bring to Bucharest the brilliance and luxury that have made it famous on the French Riviera. Founded in 1993 by Salvatore and Yolande Treves, SASS’ Café Monaco quickly became a must-visit destination in Monaco, frequented by celebrities and international personalities. Their son, Samy, grew up in the spirit and environment of SASS’, contributing to the family business’s success since 1997.

“It is an honor to partner in this project alongside Corinthia Hotels, one of the leading players in the luxury hospitality industry, within Corinthia Bucharest. We are excited to conclude this dynamic partnership to bring the SASS’ Cafe brand to the Romanian market and offer our customers an exclusive experience in Bucharest,” said Samy SASS’, owner of Eye Management, the company that owns the SASS’ Café brand, specialized in hospitality management and culinary brand development.

Designed by the G&M Design agency from Monaco, SASS’ Restaurant & Lounge Bucharest will be decorated with the emblematic elements specific to the SASS’ style and will offer an elegant, yet modern, bright, and sophisticated culinary experience. The menu, created by the Chef of the SASS’ Group, Shahar Dahan, will include SASS’ classic Mediterranean dishes, from pastas to premium fish and meat specialties, particularly designed for remarkable culinary experiences. The atmosphere will be complemented by captivating rhythms offered by live music bands and DJs. SASS’ Bucharest will soon become the ideal place for gastronomy lovers and connoisseurs, a unique destination in the Capital, where ultimate luxury can be experienced.

Corinthia Bucharest will be the first luxury boutique hotel opened in Romania under the exclusive Corinthia brand. The hotel will feature 30 luxurious apartments, the historic “Grand Ballroom” salon, a bar-lounge, brasserie, spa, beauty salon, fitness center, florist, as well as conference rooms. The hotel is intended for businesspeople, leisure travelers, and all those who want to spend quality time in an exceptional setting, unique in Romania.
