Auchan Beer Fair, 14th edition: over 300 assortments on the shelf

From June 21st to July 18th, Auchan Romania is organizing the 14th edition of the Beer Fair, one of the company’s iconic events and the largest beer fair in the local market. During this period, customers will find an extensive selection of beer varieties, including Romanian productions such as craft beers, as well as imported beers, and a diverse range of complementary products for serving beer, available in all Auchan hypermarkets and on the auchan.ro online store. Moreover, members of the MyCLUB Auchan loyalty program will enjoy special advantages.

Because Auchan supports local producers, this year’s Beer Fair offers customers over 300 beer varieties, out of which 135 are from Romania. Additionally, 46 of them are Romanian craft beers made by local producers, including brands such as Meșterul Manole, Zăganu, Csiki Sor, Bere Grivița, Capra Noastră, Cearfisă, and Clusa. The offer includes a wide range of types, from blond, brown, amber, white, and red beers to alcohol-free, fruity, and unpasteurized beers.

Moreover, beer lovers and those who appreciate carefully selected beverages can choose from over 180 internationally renowned beers, including novelties from countries and regions such as Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Poland, Spain, United States, Tahiti, Turkey, United Kingdom, and Hungary. New additions to this year’s edition include Greek beer Mythos, brands like Efes and Fix, as well as craft Trappist beers, abbey beers, exotic beers from Asian and Mediterranean origins.

According to company data, beer market trends show that black beer is becoming increasingly preferred by Romanians, with a growth of over 20%. White beer, craft beer, as well as premium bottled beer, both local and international, are also in high demand.

This year’s Beer Fair takes place in all Auchan hypermarkets, as well as on the auchan.ro online store, where customers can order their favorite varieties online, as well as complementary products for serving (glasses, mugs, trays, bottle openers, etc.).
