Meet Felicia Georgescu, Head of Human Resources and CSR │ Sodexo Romania, speaker at the HR #futureofwork Working Romania ONLINE conference by Business Review Magazine.

Felicia is a skilled HR professional, with over 20 years of experience, and considers that the job chose her and not the other way. She started to work as a student, at Academy of Management and Economics.

She had the opportunity to work and develop professionally in large companies as Vodafone, GSK, Hewlett-Packard, Sandoz, where she led the HR departments. She also sought experiences outside the professional and geographical boundaries, but her passion for HR remains constant.

She feels motivated when working for people, when her actions have a positive impact on the organization in which she works or the community in which she lives. She believes in the mission of Sodexo, to improve the quality of life for people, both through our products and our CSR projects.
