Luminita Florea, People & Culture Director at Philip Morris Romania, will be a speaker at BR’s upcoming Working Romania HR Conference, where she will talk about how PMI, an organization with more than 71,000 employees worldwide, of which 1100 only in Romania, has transformed over the years in order to perform in the new #futureofwork.
Luminița Florea is People & Culture Director at Philip Morris Romania. Luminița has almost 18 years of experience in Human Resources in diverse roles and in many varied fields, from telecom, to oil & gas, pharma and tobacco. She joined Philip Morris Romania in 2012, and in 2017 she took over the position of People & Culture Director for both Philip Morris affiliates in Romania (the factory and the commercial entity) and together with her team is responsible for developing and implementing the human resources strategy. With such an extensive experience in the field of HR, before joining the PMI team, Luminita held several roles with companies such as Telemobil (Recruitment Coordinator), Rompetrol (HR Consultant), and Novo Nordisk (People & Organisation Consultant and People & Organisation Manager). She is a graduate of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies.
