How HR magic is done? Find out from Irina Tache, Solution Sales Executive Romania, West Balkans & Bulgaria at SAP, about the innovative technologies and solutions designed for HR professionals that offer true value and should be considered in future investment plans, during a special stage spotlight with BR tech journalist Aurel Dragan.

Irina Tache joined SAP in March 2015 as a Sales Support Associate, and rose through the ranks in roles such as Business Development Specialist (2016-2017), Early Talent Coordinator (2017-2019), Business Sales Operations (2017-2019), Solution Sales Executive Romania (2019-2020), and Solution Sales Executive Romania & Bulgaria (2020-2021), before coming into her current role of Solution Sales Executive Romania, West Balkans & Bulgaria in early 2021. She holds a Bachelor’s degree of Political Science from the University of Bucharest, a Bachelor’s degree in European Economical Studies from the Romanian-American University of Bucharest, and a Master’s in International Economy and European Business from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies.

“When disruption happens, every business needs a workforce that’s ready to respond. Yet when everything from where you work to who gets paid is being re-evaluated and redefined, many contingency plans are rendered inadequate. Taking the right action takes in-the-moment planning based on real-world assessments of current resources, immediate needs, and long-term strategy. At SAP, we want to help you take charge of this change. We can help you use our human experience management solutions to adapt HR delivery to the current reality. You can realign resources to fill critical roles, reinforce continuity of policies and programs, and reskill your workforce to keep your employees engaged and productive and your business moving forward.” Says Irina Tache.

Outside her professional career, Irina is very passionate about sports, especially tennis, having spent almost 15 years on the court, as a player and also a coach, being a volunteer instructor for children at the Steaua Bucharest sports club between 2010 and 2013.

“Outside of work, I enjoy sports, especially tennis since more than 14 years of my life were spent on the tennis court. Being part of an active and challenging environment is something I was used to since I was a child. I also enjoy traveling – meeting new people and learning new things about all the different cultures present worldwide.” Irina adds.

Tune in with Irina Tache and the SAP stage spotlight, on Novembet 18, starting with 11:35 AM, at BR’s upcoming Working Romania, Autumn 2021 Edition. Register here for the online event.
