Gabriela Neamtu, Head of Corporate Center & HR at MOL Romania, will be a speaker at BR’s upcoming Working Romania HR Conference in the Employer Branding | All-Star Panel, on November 18, starting at 11:55 AM.

Gabriela Neamtu is an rxperienced professional with a solid background in Procurement, Asset & Services Management, Investment Project Implementation, Communication and Human Resources, having joined the MOL Romania team in 2005 as a Senior Purchaser. Over the years she held several positions in the company, such as Corporate Services Manager (2010-2016), and Corporate Center Manager (2016-2017), before coming into her current role of Head of Corporate Center & HR in December 2017, in which she leads the Human Resources, Organizational Development & Corporate Governance, Compliance, LEAN and Office Management areas. She holds a Bachelor’s in Foreign Languages and Literature from the „Babeș-Bolyai” University of Cluj-Napoca and a Master’s in Communications and Public Relation from the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration in Bucharest. Gabriela also completed an Education Program in Strategic Leadership & Change at the London School of Business and Finance.
