In a post-referendum statement, the Romanian- German Chamber of Commerce and Industry urges Romanian politicians to “focus their attention on economic issues so that the Romanian economy will recover.”
“What is important at the moment for the economy is the stability and predictability of the legal framework such as the Labor Law, a better protection of intellectual property, but also the growth in the absorption of European funds, higher transparency in public tenders and in general, a permanent dialogue between the Government and representatives of the business environment,” said Sebastian Metz, general manager of the Romanian-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
