Orange opened on Thursday in Cluj-Napoca, the first smart shop of the French group, a new concept store focusing on the digital experience and on the additional services for consumers.
Jean Francois Fallacher, CEO Orange Romania, said the new concept stores will provide Orange customers reduced time for solving their demands, a customized offer approach and solutions for spending pleasant time while waiting, according to Mediafax.
Orange’s smart shop, opened after the expansion and revamp of the company’s largest store in Cluj-Napoca, has an area of 325 sqm and is completely digital, so it does not have paper banners and posters, all the information being offered digitally, on screens, and the customers signing the contracts electronically.
Also, customers are able to charge their mobile phones, benefiting from a dedicated stall in order to do this, and can test new gadgets, some brought for the first time in Romania.
The new concept will be expanded at international level in countries such as France, Spain or Poland.
