IKEA to hold Black Friday sales in the last weekend of November

Furniture retailer Ikea will hold its Black Friday promotional event in the last weekend of November (29-30 November) in its Baneasa store, writes economica.net.

The unit already has a banner posted at the entrance announcing that it will have special discounts in the November 29-30 weekend. According to IKEA representatives, the company will offer special discounts and offers both in its physical store and online.

This is the fourth year that Black Friday takes place in Romania and it promises to be the biggest.

So far, eMag and F64 have announced that they will have their own Black Friday events in the second to last weekend of November.

“This year we’re going to have Black Friday on November 21, the same day as eMag. For this year’s edition, we’ve started preparing some time ago and we estimate higher sales volume than last year”, according to Marian Alecsiu, CEO F64.
