EY Romania appoints executive director in the transaction advisory department

Bogdan Campianu has joined EY as executive director of the corporate finance team, which covers M&A, capital and debt advisory. He will also be involved in expanding the firm’s capital markets practice in the region.

Campianu is an experienced investment banker who prior to joining EY, spent over nine years at Raiffeisen Capital&Investment (RCI), the last seven of which as a member of the board of directors and as head of equity markets. He coordinated the team involved in the secondary public offering (SPO) of Transgaz (2013) the listing of Fondul Proprietatea (2011) and other transactions.

EY has over 450 employees in Romania and Moldova. The firm runs offices in Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Timisoara, Iasi and Chisinau. Ernst & Young become EY in July 2013.
