On 13 March 2013, the Romanian Space Agency (ROSA), together with the European Space Agency (ESA) are organizing an infoday to present the ESA Earth Observation optional programmes. The event is addressed to Romanian organizations in the field (industry, SME, research institutes, universities).
The event takes place at “Facultatea de Îmbunătăţiri Funciare şi Ingineria Mediului” from the University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine, room DFR, 1st floor, Mărăști Blvd., no 59, district 1, Bucharest.
During the first part of the day, the ESA Earth Observation optional programmes will be presented, while the second part of the day will be devoted to bilateral meetings between ESA representatives and those of organizations interested in activating in this field through the ESA programmes. The deadline for registrations is 8 March 2013. The registration should be done online. We kindly ask you to mention in the online form if you are interested in a bilateral meeting with the ESA representatives. All organizations which want to participate in these meetings are required to prepare a short presentation (a PowerPoint of 5-6 slides) in which to summarize the activities they have done in the field of Earth Observation and how they plan to get involved in the ESA programmes.
For administrative reasons, participation at the infoday is restricted to two representatives per organization only.
