Douglas Romania expands its network to 18 stores, opens new store in Mega Mall

Douglas Romania, a subsidiary of the retailer Douglas Holding, reaches a total of 18 stores in Romania by opening its new store in the Mega Mall shopping center.

The perfumery in Mega Mall is the sixth Douglas store in Bucharest, the brand having stores in Unirea Shopping Center, Baneasa Shopping City, Promenada, Sun Plaza, AFI Palace Cotroceni, and the 18th in the country.

The new store covers an area of nearly 300 sqm, the investment in the new store amounting to several hundred thousand Euros. Moreover, the new store comes with an offer of over 10,000 products.

Douglas store network now counts 18 stores in 12 cities, covering the central and western area of the country.

Douglas ended 2013 with a turnover of RON 55 million (EUR 12.4 million) and a 7.4 percent increase compared to 2012.
