Cluj office market: Genpact leases remaining 3,000 sqm in United Business Center Tower

United Business Center Tower, developed by Iulius Group in Cluj-Napoca, has reached a level of occupancy of 100 percent after Genpact announced it leased the remaining 3,000 square meters in the office building developed by Iulian Dascalu’s company.

“Genpact thus consolidates its operations in Cluj-Napoca and will use an area of 3,000 sqm on three levels of the building developed in close proximity to the Iulius Mall. As a result of this transaction, United Business Center Tower, which offers in total 10,000 square meters, has been completely leased and the project will be delivered in september this year”, according to a press release from Iulius Group.

Moreover, Genpact extended its lease contract for the 2,900 square meters it occupied in 2008 in the Iulius Business Center building A. In total, Genpact has a contract for 5,900 square meters in the company’s two office buildings.

Endava is another tenant in the United Business Center Tower with 7,000 square meters.

Iulius Business Center is the first office building developed by the Iulius Group, opened in 2008 near the Iulius Mall in Cluj Napoca. It offers 7,000 square meters and it is completely leased by Genpact and Office Depot.
