Charter operator Christian Tour turnover increased in the first months of the year by approximately 20 percent and the number of holidays already purchased by tourists reached 38 percent of the total estimated by the operator to be selling throughout this year. Furthermore, the company will have a new department dedicated exclusively to the corporate segment, reads a press release.

This is not the only development direction that Christian Tour envisages, the operator following to continue the demarche started a few years ago, namely to increased its focus on the domestic and incoming tourism.

“For the corporate and incoming tourism, the plan is to change the “reactive” way the tourism is practiced in Romania, meaning that in most cases tour operators respond to some predefined demands of the tourists and do not come with proposals and new ideas for them. For this reason, we have already started the intensive study of all destinations in Romania, so that we find unique destinations and activities that we can offer to the foreign tourists arriving in our country. And they can be found as trip packages included with numerous activities included and ideas of all kinds of holidays all over Romania,” said Marius Pandel, CEO Christian Tour.
