VAUNT, the residential sales streamline startup, surpasses EUR 760 million in platform transactions

VAUNT was launched by Irina Constantin, CEO, and Razvan Mitre, CTO, with the mission to facilitate the entire real estate residential sales process, through an integrated, digital approach. The proptech startup provides various user-friendly sales and marketing modules, designed to streamline these processes and contribute to the growth of its partners’ businesses.

Since launching in 2020, VAUNT has expanded across the country. Currently, about 10% of new housing projects in Bucharest are uploaded on the platform. VAUNT now has 50 clients who’ve added projects worth more than EUR 2 billion, with transactions exceeding EUR 760 million.

About 1.3% of all real estate transactions in Romania in 2023 were carried out through VAUNT.

In 2023, VAUNT saw a growth of 65%, welcoming more than 20 new clients. In terms of developments, in 2023 VAUNT launched the new VAUNT Engage module, which revolutionises communication and marketing campaigns aimed at both existing and potential customers.

VAUNT’s portfolio of partners includes some of the largest residential developers in Romania, but also agencies, such as: Nusco City, Hils, Akcenty City, SDC Properties, VIBE Properties, Nord One. With VAUNT, they can easily keep track of clients and enquiries, manage housing portfolios and inventory, run newsletter and SMS marketing campaigns, present portfolio apartments in 2D, manage financials, generate real-time statistics and more, all in one online collaborative platform.
