Tazz and Iancu Guda launch HoReCa on the move, a business consulting program for restaurants on the platform

Tazz launches HoReCa on the move, a consulting program for its partners, in collaboration with Iancu Guda, financial expert and vice-president of the Association of Bank Financial Analysts. The new program aims to offer counseling and education to partner restaurants in order to find out the healthiest way to build and manage their food delivery business in the current economical environement.

 

HoReCa on the move, a new step in Tazz’s mission to support entrepreneurs in their digitalization process

After the launch of Tazz Republic investment program, the company continues the innovation contribution plan in HoReCa by offering entrepreneurs from Tazz ecosystem a financial education and informational program – HoReCa on the move. The program aims to offer a better understanding of the food delivery concept and the digital business management process.

The educational and support program in business digitalization runs from October until the end of the year and involves several actions – a series of webinars for restaurants, but also a diagnostic program through which 300 of the best performing restaurants will receive an in-depth analysis on their financial indicators, together with a series of recommendations and business suggestions from Iancu Guda and Tazz team.

Therefore, restaurants participating in the webinars will learn useful information about effective working capital management, the conversion cycle, optimal leverage and more. Also, partners will have the opportunity to ask specific questions, customized to their businesses, based on the topics discussed.

In such a context, the direction of HoReCa becomes obvious: entrepreneurs need practical and modern solutions for efficiency through digitalization, expanding sales with the help of food delivery platforms and perfecting business financial management decisions, from intuition to surgical precision.
