The newest business event in Suceava – Bucovina Inbusiness, brings to the attention of entrepreneurs lessons about business from 23 industries, alongside Răzvan Căzănescu, the author of the TBF Management system, and creates a unique networking context for people and ideas. Bucovina Inbusiness will take place on October 27, a Friday, and will be hosted at Jeni Palace in Suceava.

Bucovina Inbusiness is aimed at creative and innovative individuals in business and those who want to benefit from the free exchange of ideas, networking, and need motivation or discipline to improve their business performance. The event will feature Răzvan Căzănescu, the author of the TBF Management System, who, based on his expertise, will emphasize the importance of management in entrepreneurship; Monica Florea, Partner at TBF and leader of the TBF New Generation project, who will talk about the continuity of the entrepreneurial mindset by educating young people to develop business skills; and Iancu Guda, Vice President of AAFBR (Romanian Association of Risk Management), who will bring insights into risk management and research.

In addition to its training qualities, Bucovina Inbusiness represents an effort through which Răzvan Căzănescu, Monica Florea, and Iancu Guda aim to contribute to the entrepreneurial education of Romanians from three perspectives: the perspective of the present entrepreneur, anchored in the context, focusing on the things that matter and actively participating in the business landscape; the perspective of the future-oriented entrepreneur, who incorporates sustainable methods of non-formal education for young people who need to build a better future; and the perspective of the entrepreneur who is close to the academic environment and understands the importance of market research for making informed business decisions.

“The healthiest way to grow as an entrepreneur is to draw solutions from multiple industries. At Bucovina Inbusiness, I will share my experience in 23 industries, from management to marketing and sales. What works, what doesn’t work, what mistakes I see in most companies, and what tools bring concrete results,” said Răzvan Căzănescu, Founder of TBF.

Bucovina Inbusiness is like a home for people with familiar ideologies who intend to find a pragmatic dimension for their ideas. Within it, the ideas discussed by the three professionals will emphasize practical implementation, and the audience is required to participate actively and transform the ideas into practical examples.

“We want to create a prepared, adaptable generation capable of facing any obstacle and continuing what has been built up to this day, creating a high-performing and successful business environment. It’s our collective responsibility as a society, beyond our mission. The entrepreneurial environment plays an essential role in this ecosystem. Mentorship, funding, partnerships, active involvement, and ongoing focus can accelerate transformation and take us to another level. We come together to invest in the generation and in our future. Entrepreneurs, teachers, managers, experts, and young people together are building this future,” said Monica Florea, Co-Founder of TBF New Generation.

Through the Bucovina Inbusiness initiative, we want to address the broadest possible audience on the topic of business education, the growth of a successful generation, and common involvement. We cannot hope for things to change without each of us getting involved with all we know and can contribute. It’s a favorable context for a call to action and concreteness. It’s about how we leave a lasting legacy, about how we build the future.

“I believe that the business environment we aim to create must consider the specific characteristics of a region, country, and industry and be attentive to the political, economic, and social context. All of these factors can affect your business or provide opportunities that can and should be exploited,” said Iancu Guda, Vice President of AAFBR.

The business event taking place at Jeni Palace in Suceava offers a complete experience that alternates training sessions with the three speakers, fine dining breaks, networking, and concludes with a special concert by artist Pavel Stratan. Tickets can be purchased on the website https://bucovina.inbusiness.club/, where you can also check the detailed event schedule.
