The Alexandrion Group acquires the full share package of Cavaway Cyprus

The Alexandrion Group, the largest producer and distributor of spirits and wines in Romania, with a distribution network covering more than 50 countries worldwide announces that on August 30^th 2022 it has acquired (100%) of the shares of Cavaway Ltd, a company based in Larnaca, and also operating with great success in the same sector.

This acquisition comes after, the Alexandrion Group took over the majority share package of Cavaway in 2019 and now positions the Group as one of the largest distributors of alcoholic beverages in Cyprus.

At the same time, it further strengthens the Group’s footprint in the wider region of the Southeastern Mediterranean and its leading position in the sector.

The acquisition of Cavaway creates a new dynamic group with an enhanced capital base, global physical presence, a highly experienced work force and an extended international customer base.

It also places Alexandrion Group in a strong position to claim new and larger market share, yielding significant value for its customers, partners and employees.
