Mega Image to open 13 stores this month

Mega Image has added a new Shop&Go proximity store to its network in Bucharest and has plans to open another 12 new stores this month.

The Belgian retailer now runs 162 stores locally (120 Mega Image supermarkets and 42 Shop&Go proximity stores) out of which 58 outlets were opened this year.

By comparison, last year Mega Image increased its network by 33 new outlets. The stores are located in Bucharest, Constanta, Ploiesti, Pitesti, Brasov, Targoviste and other cities.
