Carrefour Romania presently has a network of 51 supermarkets countrywide after opening a new outlet in Braila. This is the fifth store opened by the French retailer since the beginning of the year.

The new supermarket is located on the grounds of the Dunarea shopping center covering 450 sqm and employing 45 people. It sells about 5,000 products out of which over 1,000 are Carrefour private labels.

Carrefour Romania has a total network of51 supermarkets, 25 hypermarkets and 3 Carrefour Express proximity stores.
