Filip & Company assists Infobest in the sale of its business to AROBS Transilvania Software

Filip & Company law firm, together with Clairfield International GmbH and PPR & Partner Pape Rauh Rechtsanwalte Part GmbH, assisted entrepreneurs Yvonne Abstoss-Becker and Christian Becker, in the sale of Infobest group to AROBS Transilvania Software. The transaction, signed on Monday 26 February, is still subject to approvals from the relevant regulatory authorities.
