Filip & Company assists Holde Agri Invest group in taking out a syndicated loan of RON 30.5 million and EUR 26.7 million

The Filip & Company team has assisted Holde Agri Invest group in taking out a syndicated loan in the amount of RON 30.5 million and EUR 26.7 million, with Banca Transilvania, acting as arranger and financier, and OTP Bank Romania, acting as financier, for investment purposes.
