Filip & Company assists Electrica S.A. in contracting a RON 750 million financing

The Filip & Company team assisted Societatea Energetică Electrica S.A., one of the key players on the Romanian power distribution and supply market to contract a RON 750 million financing facility for the expansion of the value chain of energy, which includes the generation of power from renewable sources.

Erste Group and Raiffeisen Bank Romania are the co-financing parties in this credit facility, holding equal shares of the extended loan, and Banca Comecială Română, the Romanian subsidiary of Erste Group, acts as Security and Payment Agent.
