Filip & Company assisted the syndicate in the issuance of bonds worth over EUR 75 million by Cluj County

Filip & Company assisted the syndicate of BT Capital Partners, Alpha Bank and Raiffeisen Bank on the issuance of bonds by Cluj County in the amount of EUR 75,680,000 following a private placement. The maturity of the loan is 10 years, due in 2033 with an early redemption option in 2029.
