Dentons advises Ursus Breweries on Virtual Power Purchase Agreement with Enery

Dentons, the world’s largest global law firm, advised Ursus Breweries in negotiating a Virtual Power Purchase Agreement with Enery.

This innovative agreement is one of the first of this kind concluded in Romania, signaling a new era for corporate investments in renewable energy.
