The Top Employer Institute awards this distinction to organizations based on an audit of all their HR processes and methodologies, including, among others, HR strategy, working environment, well-being, ethics and integrity, diversity and inclusion, talent attraction, learning and training opportunities available to employees.
In its second year of certification, EY Romania achieved high scores in the areas of business strategy and leadership (100% and 92.86% respectively), performance (94.1%) and digital capabilities (88.8%).
The company also scored exceptionally well in corporate values (100%), ethics and integrity (100%), and employee motivation (94.38%). These results reflect the fact that EY Romania is a company with high standards of ethics and integrity, essential to its business, and demonstrate the company’s care for its employees and the attention dedicated to their professional and personal development.
