DN AGRAR obtains VEKTOR by ARIR 10, the maximum score for the communication with investors

DN AGRAR Group (BVB: DN), the largest integrated livestock farm in Romania, with cow milk production and vegetable production, obtained the maximum score –10– for the communication with investors in the VEKTOR by ARIR 2023 evaluation, conducted yearly by ARIR – The Romanian Investor Relations Association. On February 2, DN AGRAR will celebrate its 2nd anniversary since being listed on the AeROmarket of the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

Peter de Boer, Investor Relations Manager and Board Member, DN AGRAR Group: “In the past year, we have become the second-largest company traded on the AeROmarket, with a total transaction value exceeding 25 million lei. Last year, we managed to be the 2nd company in the AeRO market with the highest transaction value, with transactions exceeding 25 million lei. Also, in 2023, we recorded significant growth in our investor community, now with nearly 2,000 shareholders, and we reaffirm our commitment to strengthen our presence in the capital market through efficient and transparent communication. In 2023, we initiated a collaboration with a Market Maker and had our first financial analysis report. We launched a new website, conducted investor conference calls, and organized dedicated events, providing investors with easy access to information through proactive communication tools.”

DN AGRAR Group, consisting of 15 companies, including 4 farms specialized in dairy cattle breeding and cow milk production, has integrated activities, including logistics and transportation services for cow milk, nationally and in Europe. In the field of cereals, the group cultivates over 7,000 hectares of cereals and fodder, primarily to provide food for the approximately 14,000 animals within DN AGRAR Group’s farms. In 2023, the quantity of milk delivered by DN AGRAR Group was approximately 55 million liters, a growth of almost 14% compared to 2022.
