AQUILA scores top marks for investor communication in VEKTOR by ARIR for the second consecutive year

AQUILA (symbol AQ), the market leader in the field of integrated distribution and logistics services for consumer goods in Romania and the Republic of Moldova, receives VEKTOR by ARIR 10 for the second year in a row, thus confirming the company’s commitment towards implementing the best practices in investor communication.

We have followed the VEKTOR by ARIR methodology during this period and we are pleased with the maximum result obtained for the second year. We have noticed increased interest from local investors in AQ shares, in line with the presence of the products we distribute in over 90% of stores in Romania. We focus on maintaining and improving profitability and have recorded remarkable performances in all three business segments, taking firm steps towards development through company acquisitions.”

VEKTOR by ARIR, the indicator of the communication with investors for listed companies, was revised in 2023 for the Main Market, and it is based on 10 criteria in line with international best practices in investor relations (IR). The 10 criteria included in the VEKTOR by ARIR 2023 methodology for the Main Market are: Conferences dedicated to financial results; Access for investors to conferences; Availability of recording/transcript for teleconferences on the issuer’s website; Bilingual conferences – Romanian and English; Providing financial results in an easily processable format; Non-financial reporting; Presentation of the company’s management; Company’s policies – remuneration and dividends; Events dedicated to investors; Presentation for investors.
