Veronica Cristea-Nanu (HUAWEI) joins Working Romania HR Conference | Creating a friendly performance-driven environment for Romanian talent

Veronica Cristea-Nanu, Senior HR Manager at Huawei, will be a speaker in the opening All-Star Panel at BR’s upcoming Working Romania HR Conference, titled Employer Branding: adapt the new way we work, live and connect. The HUAWEI Senior HR Manager will talk about how the leading company in the IT&C industry created a friendly performance-driven environment in which Romanian talent can thrive.

 

Veronica Cristea-Nanu is an experienced HR Manager with a sound experience and exposure in the ICT industry. She focuses on translating business strategy into effective human resources practices and initiatives and her area of expertise include organizational design, change management, leadership development, employer branding, inclusion and diversity, industrial relations.

As an engaging communicator, she has a hands-on approach while growing a vivid interest in human computer interaction and the emerging job clusters. She run Huawei’s recently launched Employer Branding campaign, Passion Works Better at Huawei. This campaign is a refreshing and vibrant insight into Huawei organization, which is ready to recruit more that 200 professionals throughout this year.
