How does the #futureofwork looks like in the banking sector? Let’s find out, together, from Andreea Voinea, HR Executive Director at BCR, who joins BR’s Working Romania HR Conference as a speaker in the All Star Panel | Employer Branding: keys to success | Moving Forward, Together!

Andreea Voinea has been with BCR for the past 13 years, as the bank’s HR Executive Director. She was responsible for the implementation of the HR integration of BCR into Erste Group and for driving forward the HR strategy of the largest financial group in Romania. With more than 20 years of combined experience in the HR and banking sectors, Andreea Voinea will make a great asset at the upcoming Working Romania HR Conference, where she will shed light on the newest and most effective HR practices from the world of banking!

“In my view, if we are to select the overarching, most formidable challenge of our industry and the role of HR, I would say it has to do with ‘the right culture’, the right evolving culture, fit for the Bank of Future. Whether for our shareholders, for our HR function, or for our employees, ‘the right culture’ is the critical ingredient to perform sustainably in a volatile, uncharted Economy 4.0.” Andreea Voinea told BR during the recent HR Spotlight interview.

Apart from her vast professional experience, Andreea Voinea also holds several degrees such as a Bachelor in Business Administration from the Ghent University in Belgium, a Bachelor in International Business and Economics from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, and a Master of Business Administration, Finance and Management from the Tulane University in the US.
