Andreea Voinea has been with BCR for the past 13 years, as the bank’s HR Executive Director. She was responsible for the implementation of the HR integration of BCR into Erste Group and for driving forward the HR strategy of the largest financial group in Romania. With more than 20 years of combined experience in the HR and banking sectors, Andreea Voinea will make a great asset at the upcoming Working Romania HR Conference, where she will shed light on the newest and most effective HR practices from the world of banking!

Apart from her vast professional experience, Andreea Voinea also holds several degrees such as a Bachelor in Business Administration from the Ghent University in Belgium, a Bachelor in International Business and Economics from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, and a Master of Business Administration, Finance and Management from the Tulane University in the US.
