Mihai Găvan has a rich background in the field of human resources and developed in over 14 years of experience a comprehensive view on technology, strategy and HR best practices. Starting from the most basic HR needs such as payroll or general management, and up to career planning and talent management, Mihai believes in the adoption of healthy HR principles and their integration in the organizational culture of any company.

Mihai holds a Master’s degree in marketing and strategic management at the University of Economic Studies in Bucharest, and joined TotalSoft in 2016, taking over the responsibility of leading the division of the most popular software dedicated to human capital management – Charisma HCM.
