Join her, and an entire roster of great speakers, in person, on December 13 at the Courtyard by Marriott Bucharest Floreasca!
During the conference, Georgiana Grama will present, in exclusivity for BR’s Working Romania audience, Hays’ latest study on how inflation has affected the HR industry and the recruitment and retention of employees.
As this year’s inflation erupted into an almost universal problem around the world, Hays will offer a clear image of how organizations in Romania are tackling this issue right now and what is on the horizon for salaries and pay rates. Hays recently analyzed how inflation has a marketwide impact, and where employers can optimise their hiring and retention strategies to remain competitive, revealing organisations’ plans about salary indexation related to inflation.
One of the study’s outcomes shows that almost half of organisations have already taken in attempts to reduce the effects of inflation. More than a third of employers declared that they have already implemented the salary indexation, while another quarter of employers will do it by the end of 2022, and almost half plan to implement changes starting with January 2023.
The report was developed using data obtained from the survey Hays Romania conducted in October 2022. 122 respondents participated, operating across the country in various market areas and industries. The data is supplemented by on-the-ground expertise from our recruitment consultants, economic observations from credible sources, and one-to-one discussions with our clients fuelling the conclusions.
