Georgiana Andrei (REGINA MARIA) joins Working Romania HR Conference | Wellbeing makes for loyal and productive employees

Georgiana Andrei, Corporate Sales Director at REGINA MARIA, will be a speaker in the opening All-Star Panel at BR’s upcoming Working Romania HR Conference, titled Employer Branding: adapt the new way we work, live and connect. The REGINA MARIA Corporate Sales Director will share her insights into managing people, keeping them happy, inspiring loyalty, and last but not least, increasing productivity.

Georgiana dedicated herself to business consulting in 2000. The experience in sales and sales team management has taught her that, in this field, the key to success is to know how to listen to the other – be it a customer, employee or business partner. After 13 years of real estate, she was attracted to healthcare, trough REGINA MARIA. This is the reason why, in 2016, she joined the Private Healthcare Network team as a Corporate Sales Director. Here she manages a team of 100 colleagues with whom she builds programs that help companies make their employees happier, more loyal and, last but not least, more productive.

As 2020 confirmed the importance of the health system within the ecosystem of any society, the pandemic generated a change of vision in the way companies and individuals choose to protect their health, showing special interest to medical packages for prevention. Companies have invested significantly in employee health, particularly since most medical subscriptions also include the necessary investigations in the assessment and monitoring of COVID-19 post-infection. Thus, in 2020, 50% more corporate subscribers benefited from more comprehensive subscriptions and more services included, as compared to the previous year.

Small and medium-sized companies (SMEs) in REGINA MARIA’s portfolio also showed a growing interest in health, despite the context generated by the pandemic. Over 80% of the medical benefit packages purchased by these companies for their employees were medium-premium subscriptions. According to REGINA MARIA statistics, corporate subscribers go to the doctor twice as often as patients who do not have a subscription, and in the case of individual subscribers the frequency increases even more.

REGINA MARIA’s portfolio includes over 6,000 companies, from industries such as IT & Telecom, automotive, finance, insurance, retail and FMCG, transportation, technical and administrative services or manufacturing. The Network has also made considerable efforts to support companies’ efforts to protect their employees against COVID-19 infection, by organizing webinars and workshops for subscribers, increasing testing capacity and the number of laboratories in which RT-PCR molecular biology tests are carried out, but also through testing campaigns at the organizations’ headquarters.

As the Corporate Sales Director at REGINA MARIA at REGINA MARIA, Georgiana Andrei will explore all these trends, but will also provide more insights into employee wellbeing, both mental and physical, and its importance on business productivity.

Make sure to join up with Georgiana Andrei and an entire roster of great speakers at BR’s upcoming Working Romania HR Conference, March 30, starting at 14:15. Register for the online event.
