Carmen Dumitrache, Chief Human Resources Officer at Telekom Romania, will be a speaker in the opening All-Star Panel at BR’s upcoming Working Romania HR Conference. The HR executive will talk about her role in promoting digitalization of processes and agile way of working in her own department, organization, and the industry as a whole.

Carmen Dumitrache is a professional in the field of human resources with over 25 years of experience, acquired in senior management positions in industries such as telecommunications, technology and IT, consulting and outsourcing, health, non-governmental organizations, in Romania and abroad. At Telekom Romania, she brings valuable expertise in project management and international teams and coordinates human resources activities, organizational transformation processes, cultural change projects and well-being programs for employees. Carmen successfully promotes digitalization of processes and agile way of working in her own department and in the organization.

Holding a degree in medicine from the “Carol Davila” University of Bucharest, Carmen Dumitrache holds a Romanian-Canadian MBA in marketing and currently she’s attending an Executive Master Change Management from INSEAD. Since 2018, she is also a Board Member of the HR Club, an association of human resources professionals in Romania.

Carmen Dumitrache will share her extensive knowledge on HR practices, as she will explore topics such as employer branding, employee safety and wellbeing, the post-pandemic changes we are facing in terms of leadership and organizational structures, and more!
