Tudor Iuga, Senior Consultant Industrial & Logistics Services at CBRE Romania, will be a speaker in the second panel of BR’s upcoming re:FOCUS on eCommerce, Retail & Logistics, dedicated to Retail & Logistics, where he will share valuable market insights into the industrial & logistics spaces sector.

Tudor Iuga has been with CBRE Romania since February 2020. Prior to this appointment, Iuga has been with the E. van Wijk Logistics Group for 6 years and Norstal for 2 years, as a Logistics Manager. Thus, with a combined experience of 10 years in the Logistics and Real Estate industries, Tudor Iuga is able to help his clients with 360° consultancy services, from advising on choosing the proper real estate solution, to maximizing the storage capacity and optimizing the logistic processes.

“Beginnings are not always easy especially when the first year in real estate was a pandemic year, but that only motivated me more.” stated Tudor Iuga, Senior Consultant in the Industrial Services department of CBRE Romania, after representing Corteva in the pre-lease of approximately 23,000 sq m of industrial space in a built-to-suit warehouse developed by Lazar Real Estate, one of the biggest transactions on the market in 2021.
