Adrian Urda (Cometex) will be a speaker at re:FOCUS on eCommerce, Retail & Logistics 2023

Adrian Urda, CEO at Cometex, will be a speaker at at the 6th edition of Business Review’s re:FOCUS on eCommerce, Retail & Logistics. The conference is set to take place on February 9, 2023, starting with 10:30 AM, at the Courtyard by Marriott Bucharest Floreasca. Adrian Urda will feature in the second panel of the day, dedicated to the Romanian Retail, Logistics, and Industrial sectors.

For almost four years Adrian Urda has been managing Cometex, the company that deals with the development of stores and retail parks, part of the Altex Romania group. As a member of Altex Romania’s Executive Committee, Adrian Urda has led the development of retail transformation plans through the establishment of flexible store formats. In more than two decades in Altex he has held several roles such as retail director, marketing director, commercial director and vice president.

At the re:FOCUS on eCommerce, Retail & Logistics conference, Adrian Urda will explore important topics such as the growth of offline traffic and the development plans of his company in 2023 and the trend of new retail parks in small and medium cities across Romania

Another key feature that Cometex has been implementing in its developments is green energy and photovoltaic panels on rooftops for retail projects:

“Also, the green energy area will no longer be just a trend, it is a new way of doing things. All our new locations will have mandatory photovoltaic energy on the rooftops and electrical recharging stations, we are including them from the design stage.” Says Adrian Urda, CEO Cometex, developer of retail parks part of the Altex Group.
