Electric Castle Festival 2024: tickets available with Flex-En Garde insurance included

Super early bird tickets for the Electric Castle Festival 2024 are now available for the first time with included insurance. By introducing this benefit, Electric Castle fans have the option to recover the money paid for tickets if an unforeseen event changes their plans and they can no longer attend the festival at the Castle.

Through the partnership between Electric Castle and Eurolife FFH Insurance, all tickets for the tenth edition of Electric Castle will be available with insurance, offering festival fans the peace of mind to buy tickets even a year in advance. For the Super Early Bird tickets, the Flex-En Garde insurance is included in both the General Access Pass and Premium Pass, representing 6% of their price. Additionally, Eurolife FFH becomes a sponsor for EC2024.

Flex-En Garde covers multiple risks that may prevent the ticket holder from attending the concert, such as: family events, medical events (including SarsCov2 diagnosis), material events (serious damages to the main or secondary residence, within a maximum of 48 hours before the event), other unforeseen events: delayed/missed flights; vehicle breakdown or involvement in an accident on the way to the travel destination; strikes or malfunctions of public transportation, theft of physical documents (e.g., ticket to the show, accommodation voucher, etc.) as a result of an assault or break-in at the insured’s home or car.

EC is a reference festival and one of the most important events of the summer. During the 5-day event, the 2023 edition featured over 300 artists, including famous names such as Macklemore, Iggy Pop, George Ezra, Pendulum, or Jamie xx. Over 300,000 people participated in the musical journey that was EC9.
