Tazz and Electric Castle deliver festival access bracelets directly to the participants’ doors

From July 10 to 21, Tazz users who have purchased tickets for Electric Castle will be able to order their festival access bracelets directly from the dedicated shop within the Tazz app. This option is available in Bucharest, Brasov, Cluj, and Timisoara, based on the availability of the bracelets. Anyone with a purchased ticket can enter their unique details when placing the order on Tazz and receive the festival access bracelet at their doorstep.

 

The option to exchange the Electric Castle ticket for the bracelet directly through the Tazz app is a partnership that started two years ago in Cluj. The feature was highly appreciated by festival-goers who prepared their festival kit in advance, resulting in 4,000 bracelets being ordered through the app in 2022. This year, the service has been expanded to three other major cities in the country.

“When craving strikes, Tazz delivers, and we wanted to extend this promise to our customers, even when it comes to the craving for fun and festivals. That’s where we started when we created this collaboration that brings an element of innovation to our country, combining the food delivery service with access to major festivals. Once ordered from the special section in the app, the bracelets are securely and quickly delivered to festival-goers, allowing them to gain more time to enjoy the entire experience at Banffy Castle,” said Cătălina Mănăilă, Events & Special Partnerships Manager at Tazz.

The pre-swap process for the festival access bracelet is simple: by accessing the special Electric Castle category in the app, users can add the desired number of bracelets to their cart. To complete the order, they need to provide their name and ticket code in the comments section. At the festival entrance, each bracelet will be scanned to ensure that the participants’ identity matches the data on the bracelet.

“For us, it’s important to offer Electric Castle participants unique experiences in which digitization plays a central role. We saw tremendous potential in this collaboration that facilitates the exchange of the ticket for the access bracelet, as it was highly appreciated by festival-goers. We are happy that this year the option is available in other cities as well, and we hope that this partnership with Tazz will become an annual tradition,” added Tudor Costinaș, Head of Communications at Electric Castle.

This year’s edition of Electric Castle takes place from July 19 to 23, and the option for bracelet delivery is only available through Tazz.
