OSF Global Services, the Romanian-Canadian supplier of IT services and solutions, has acquired a major stake in CMI Technologies LLC, a US supplier of website coding services operating under the brand CodeMyIMAGE.com. The move is part of OSF’s strategy to consolidate its regional presence in the US and offer services to local SMEs. “We started our collaboration with CodeMyIMAGE a year ago with the aim of enhancing our position on the market of SMEs and increasing our customer base in the US. With the completion of this acquisition, we can use OSF’s infrastructure and experience to offer CodeMYIMAGE clients complementary services such as website hosting and continuous maintenance. These logically complete the services offered by CodeMyIMAGE to help our clients to focus on what they do best, namely design,” said Gerard Szatvanyi, president and CEO of OSF Global Services.

Most of OSF Global Services’ business takes place in the US, Canada and Western Europe, “which makes the volume of the turnover in Romania extremely small compared to the revenues registered on these markets. The turnover of OSF Global Services globally was about EUR 2 million in 2009, and we estimate an increase of approximately 30 percent this year,” said Szatvanyi.
