Romania’s first price comparison website, www.suricata.ro, was launched last week. The site brings together local retailers and their offers, enabling users to make online shopping lists. Suricata.ro aims to offer its users a cost- and time-efficient way to plan their purchases and budgets.
Cora, InterEx, Plus and real have already joined the project and other retailers are expected to sign up in the next weeks, site representatives have announced.
The idea came from a group of marketing, communication and sales professionals. Hello! Consumer Interaction is responsible for the website’s concept and its implementation. The agency is specialized in retail communication and some of its other clients include Nestle Romania, Dr. Oetker Romania, Orkla Foods Romania, Lactalis (Dorna Lactate), Murfatlar and Horologivm Salon d’Horolegerie.
